In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir to coat with the garlic butter. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still bright green.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, pour in the lemon juice, and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
