Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Trim excess fat from the ribeye steaks and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear each side of the steaks for 4-5 minutes until golden-brown.
  3. Remove the steaks and let them rest under aluminum foil for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet, deglaze, and stir frequently for 3-4 minutes until thick. Add Parmesan cheese and season to taste.
  5. Slice the steak against the grain, drizzle with cream sauce, and garnish with parsley.
