Making the Burgers
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill. Stir until well blended, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
 - In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef with minced or roasted garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, if using. Shape into four patties, each about ¾ inch thick.
 - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, then lightly oil to prevent sticking.
 - Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for 4–5 minutes on one side until a golden-brown crust forms. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes for medium doneness.
 - Lightly toast the burger buns until golden brown.
 - Assemble by placing each patty on a toasted bun, drizzling with creamy garlic sauce, and topping with the other half of the bun.
 - Serve immediately with sides like crispy fries or fresh salad.

Notes
For best flavor, make the creamy sauce in advance and ensure the patties are cooked to the desired doneness using a meat thermometer (aim for 160°F for ground beef).
