- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion, egg, milk, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
 - Shape the mixture into a loaf form and place it in a greased baking dish.
 - Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
 - Bake for 55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
 - Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
 - Slice and serve warm with your favorite sides.
