Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and milk. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a loaf. Place the loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce over the top of each meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before serving.
