  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lime

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), and the citrus zests until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional citrus wedges if desired.
