Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
Add the baby carrots to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the honey mixture.
Place the carrots on the grill in a single layer. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
Remove the carrots from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle any remaining glaze from the bowl over the carrots for extra flavor.
Serve warm as a side dish.
