  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
