  1. Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 350°F to 400°F. Clean and oil the grill grates.
  2. Make the Honey Cajun Butter: In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Prep the Lobster Tails: Cut the top shell lengthwise with kitchen shears, stopping before the tail fin. Open the shell to expose the meat.
  4. Season Lobster Tails: Brush the lobster meat with the honey Cajun butter mixture, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the Lobster: Grill meat-side down for 5-6 minutes. Flip, baste with butter, and grill for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Serve: Remove from grill and serve with lemon wedges and parsley garnish.
