Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F). Clean and oil the grill grates.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pry open the shell to expose the meat.
  4. Brush the lobster meat generously with the honey Cajun butter, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill lobster tails meat-side down for 5-6 minutes until opaque, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley if desired.
