- Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F). Clean and oil the grill grates.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pry open the shell to expose the meat.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the honey Cajun butter, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill lobster tails meat-side down for 5-6 minutes until opaque, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
