  • 16 oz Rotini Pasta Can substitute with any short pasta like penne or farfalle.
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Can swap with Greek yogurt.

  • 8 oz Provolone Cheese Mozzarella works well as a substitute.
  • 6 oz Turkey Grilled chicken or tuna are excellent substitutions.
  • 6 oz Salami Ham can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 Red Onion Green onions can be used for a milder taste.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Diced bell peppers can be used for crunch.
  • 1 cup Banana Pepper Rings Optional.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, and oregano. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Chop the provolone cheese and deli meats into bite-sized pieces. Slice the red onion thinly and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta with the chopped meats, cheeses, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and banana pepper rings. Gently fold together.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the combined ingredients and toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to meld flavors before serving.
