Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces, roll into balls, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  5. Roll each dough ball into a circle, 8-10 inches for larger tortillas or 6-8 inches for smaller.
  6. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for 30-45 seconds until bubbles form, then flip and cook until light brown spots appear.
  7. Transfer cooked tortillas to a warmer or wrap in a kitchen towel and serve immediately.
