Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Method

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
