- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out your thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into rectangles, approximately 3x5 inches.
- Spread a generous layer of goat cheese onto half of each pastry rectangle. Add fresh, plump blackberries on top.
- Fold each pastry rectangle over to cover the filling, pressing the edges to seal them shut. Gently twist each filled rectangle.
- Brush the tops of each twist with an egg wash or milk.
- Place the twists on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the twists from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm.
