- In a dry skillet over medium heat, cook strips of bacon for about 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Remove bacon and keep warm.

- Slice ripe avocado, scoop out the flesh, mash gently with a fork, and add lemon juice until smooth but still chunky.
- Assemble the sandwich: layer scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and mashed avocado on toasted muffin bottoms. Add optional toppings if desired.
