- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until evenly mixed.
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of honey over low heat. Stir continuously for about 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the peanut butter and honey mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir together for about 2 minutes until fully coated.
- Prepare a lined 9x9 inch baking dish and transfer the mixture. Press it firmly and evenly into the dish.
- Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours or until the bars are firm and set.
- Remove the dish from the refrigerator and slice into bars of your desired size.
