Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until evenly mixed.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of honey over low heat. Stir continuously for about 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the peanut butter and honey mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir together for about 2 minutes until fully coated.
  4. Prepare a lined 9x9 inch baking dish and transfer the mixture. Press it firmly and evenly into the dish.
  5. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours or until the bars are firm and set.
