Dough Preparation
- Combine warm milk, active dry yeast, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in flour, sugar, matcha powder, eggs, and butter until a soft dough forms.

Filling and Baking
- Mix softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl until creamy.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and evenly spread the filling. Roll into a cylinder and slice into rolls.
- Place cut rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and matcha powder for the glaze. Drizzle over cooled rolls.
