Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a nonstick pan, blend glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water. Stir over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until thick and smooth. Allow cooling for 10 minutes.
  3. Dust working surface with cornstarch. Roll the dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick and cut into 8 pieces.
  4. Shape a tablespoon of filling into a ball and place it in the center of a dough piece. Seal the edges to encase the filling.
  5. Repeat the process with remaining pieces. Arrange on parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour for firmer texture, or enjoy fresh.
