- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, and seasonings. Mix gently until just combined.

- Take half of the chicken mixture and spread it evenly across the bottom of the prepared loaf pan. Layer with slices of ham followed by Swiss cheese. Spread remaining chicken mixture over the top.

- Press the edges of the meatloaf mixture together to seal openings.

- Bake for approximately 45 to 55 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

- In the last 5 minutes of baking, spread the Dijon-mayo blend on top and sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese. Bake until cheese melts.

- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
