Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, honey, and the white parts of green onions. Stir well until fully mixed and glossy.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Pour the reserved marinade over the cooked beef and stir to coat thoroughly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the green parts of the sliced green onions and cook for another minute.
- Gently separate lettuce leaves, wash, and dry them. These will be your wraps.
- Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf and garnish with sesame seeds and optional toppings before serving.
