  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Parsley Other herbs like thyme or basil can be used.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Garlic powder can be used.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 395°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms, frozen broccoli florets, and minced garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in 3 cups of shredded cooked turkey, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of minced parsley, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of shredded cheese, stirring until well combined and heated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden-brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with more minced parsley before serving.
