Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup dragonfruit diced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup mango juice 100% juice
  • 1/4 cup green tea brewed and cooled
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Lime wedges for garnish optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the green tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags and allow the tea to cool completely.
  2. In a blender, combine the diced dragonfruit and mango juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled green tea, blended dragonfruit and mango mixture, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and pour the refresher over the ice.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sparkling version, replace half of the water with sparkling water for added fizz.
