  • 1 pound sausages (kielbasa or bratwurst) Substitute with grilled chicken or omit for vegetarian
  • 4 ounces assorted salami or cured meats Choose your favorite cured meats
  • 1 pound baby potatoes Any small potato varieties can be used
  • 1 cup cornichons Or pickled onions or other veggies
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon or whole grain mustard

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by carefully removing the rind from the raclette cheese and slicing it into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook them for about 15–20 minutes, then drain.
  3. Arrange a platter with assorted salami and cured meats. Grill the sausages over medium heat for approximately 10–12 minutes.
  4. Preheat your broiler to high. In a cast iron skillet, place the raclette cheese slices, sprinkle thyme, and drizzle wine. Broil until bubbly and golden.
  5. On each plate, add boiled potatoes, grilled sausages, and cured meats, then top generously with melted cheese. Serve with cornichons and mustard.
