- Cut the sweetheart cabbage into quarters, leaving the core intact. Place on a baking sheet.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of softened butter with the miso paste until smooth. Brush over the cabbage wedges.

- Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in a pan, add panko and garlic powder, stirring until golden brown.
