Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven heats.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and harissa. Toss the cauliflower florets to coat.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet. Roast for 35 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  4. After roasting, toss cauliflower with remaining harissa and return to oven for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Whisk together olive oil, tahini, honey, lemon juice, and salt for the drizzle, adding water to desired consistency.
  6. Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a platter, drizzle with tahini-honey sauce, and garnish with parsley if desired.
