Bread the Chicken:Dip chicken breasts in egg wash, then coat with breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture. Press to adhere.
Sear Chicken:In a skillet, heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter over medium-high. Sear chicken 3–4 mins per side until golden.
Bake Chicken:Transfer to baking sheet. Bake 15–20 mins or until internal temp hits 165°F (74°C).
Make Sauce:In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Sauté garlic 1 min, then add cream, broth, and (optional) red pepper flakes. Simmer 5 mins to thicken. Season to taste.
Serve:Let chicken rest briefly. Plate with sauce drizzled over and garnish with chopped parsley.
