- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of purified water and 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Once simmering, remove from heat, cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Wash and peel 1 large peach, then chop into bite-sized cubes.
- Strain the hibiscus tea through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add the chopped peaches into the strained hibiscus tea and stir gently.
- While warm, stir in honey or sugar to taste.
