Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of purified water and 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Once simmering, remove from heat, cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Wash and peel 1 large peach, then chop into bite-sized cubes.
  4. Strain the hibiscus tea through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  5. Add the chopped peaches into the strained hibiscus tea and stir gently.
  6. While warm, stir in honey or sugar to taste.
  7. If serving cold, let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
