  • 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios chopped
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh herbs such as mint or parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving bowl.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds, reserving a few for garnish.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, garnish with the reserved pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh herbs. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
