Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined and slightly thickened.
  2. Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee into each glass.
  3. Spoon the pumpkin cream mixture over the cold brew coffee, allowing it to float on top.
