Step-by-Step Instructions for Brie Filo Crackers
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the thawed filo pastry sheets and cut them into 36 squares, each about 10cm (4 inches) wide.
