- Boil a large pot of water with salt and olive oil. Add chopped broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes until vibrant green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil and add bacon. Cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden. Transfer to paper towels, leaving fat in the pan.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic on low for 1-2 minutes until golden. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.
- Pour the garlic sauce into the pan and stir for 10 seconds. Add broccoli and bacon, tossing gently to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
