Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling. Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, chopped green onions, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until evenly distributed.
Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
