Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sauce ingredients to form a smooth paste.
  2. Layer the Spam, sausage, tofu, rice cakes, onion, mushrooms, and kimchi in a large pot.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the layers, then add broth to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil.
