  • 2 tbsp Butter or olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs gluten-free alternatives available
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce to taste
  • 1 tbsp Creole Seasoning to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper to taste
Garnish Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley for garnish
  • 2 wedges Lemon for serving

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery; sauté for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and shrimp, cooking until shrimp is opaque, approximately 2 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, fold together the sautéed mixture, crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Season with Creole seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Stuff crab shells or ramekins with the filling, mounding high for presentation.
  5. Bake the stuffed crabs in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
