- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, but do not overmix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the turkey patties to the skillet.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
