Method

First Rise
  1. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 to 12 hours.
Blueberry Compote
  1. Combine blueberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Cook for 5-7 minutes, then thicken with a cornstarch slurry.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
Filling Preparation
  1. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until combined.
Roll Out and Fill
  1. Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread filling, pour blueberry compote, roll into a log, and slice.
Second Rise
