Step-by-Step Instructions for Korean Fire Chicken
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sugar. Marinade for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
