Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Slice the Italian sausage and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the honey garlic sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
