Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and warm spices to create a marinade. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Once marinated, place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, basting halfway through.
  4. For a charred finish, grill or broil for about 2 minutes per side after baking.
