Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, pickle juice, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the dried onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, dill, and salt to taste. Stir well to ensure even distribution of seasonings.
  3. Transfer the dressing to an airtight jar or bowl with a lid. Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Notes
