Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the red bell peppers into strips and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  3. Transfer roasted peppers to a blender and add minced garlic and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pat the tilapia fillets dry, place them in the skillet, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the roasted pepper sauce over the cooked tilapia and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
