Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing and taco seasoning until thoroughly blended. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Transfer cooled rotini into a large mixing bowl. Pour the ranch and taco dressing over the pasta and toss gently.
  4. Add chopped cherry tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, and red onion to the pasta. Include black beans and corn, and fold gently.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to deepen.
  6. Before serving, optionally sprinkle with cilantro and tortilla strips or crushed Doritos, then toss lightly.
