Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are a delicious and spicy appetizer made with ground chicken and coated in buffalo sauce, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (plus extra for serving)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the meatballs to help them brown.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- For extra flavor, toss the cooked meatballs in additional buffalo sauce before serving.
- Serve warm with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the meatball mixture.
- You can also substitute ground turkey for the ground chicken if preferred.
