Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and chopped green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Pour the egg mixture into the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through and golden brown on top.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
