A delicious and hearty Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread filled with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for a satisfying meal.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 loaf of French bread (about 12 inches)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Cut the French bread in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom. Hollow out the inside of each half, leaving about a 1-inch border.
- Drizzle the inside of each bread half with olive oil.
- Spoon the chicken and bacon mixture evenly into each half of the bread.
- Place the stuffed bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing into pieces.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
- You can substitute the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a different flavor profile.
