Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray or oil for the waffle maker

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, erythritol, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the cheese and almond flour. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the preheated waffle maker, close the lid, and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
